Is Nutritional Therapy right for me?

Nutritional Therapy is not for everyone. You must be committed, focused and prepared to make healthy lifestyle changes. We will never force you to do anything, but we will ask you to keep an open mind and be willing to try new things. What is the Functional Evaluation (FE) and Lingual Neural Testing?

The unique Functional Evaluation is a painless process consisting of various palpations (reflex points) to determine the following: Is there a nutritional deficiency, will a particular nutrient work for a client and what nutrients are the client sufficient in?

Lingual Neural Testing uses the powerful biofeedback system of the tongue and brain to help practitioners identify deficiencies and choose the individual specific nutrients needed to bring a client back into balance.


Do we accept insurance?

No, just like most holistic and functional practitioners we cannot accept insurance at this time.
 

What should I bring to my first appointment?

An open mind, positive attitude and willing spirit.

Please wear comfortable clothing (yoga pants, sweat pants, leggings). Women please wear a bralette, camisole or tank top – no hard underwire bras please (sports bras are suitable).

If you are currently taking herbal supplements, please do not take them the day of your appointment. However, please continue to take any prescribed medication. 

Please refrain from eating, smoking, chewing gum, and drinking anything other than water 30 minutes prior to your appointment.

Please make sure you have submitted all intake forms at least 72 hours in advance of your appointment. If we do not receive them on time, we will reschedule the appointment.


What is your refund/cancellation policy?

All services are non-refundable.

All services purchased expire 12 months from purchase date.

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule please email Danielle@revivehw.com.

Cancellations made under the 48 hour window will not be rescheduled and will be charged the full amount with no refund option.

If proper intake forms are not submitted at least 72 hours in advance of the appointment, the appointment will be rescheduled.
